Welcome to Palm Beach Gems by Nicole. By purchasing from our website or our retail location, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business, ensuring a luxurious and secure shopping experience.

Product Authenticity & Description

We guarantee the authenticity of all gemstones and metals sold. Each piece is handcrafted using natural gemstones unless explicitly noted. Carat and metal weights, purity, dimensions, and descriptions are approximate and may vary due to the - nature of jewelry manufacturing.

Note: Polished gemstones may exhibit natural inclusions or color zoning, which we celebrate as part of their uniqueness.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are individually designed to your specifications.

- A non-refundable design fee of $1,000 is required to initiate any custom project.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon order confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid prior to delivery or pickup.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of fine jewelry and gemstones:

In-Store Purchases:
- In-stock jewelry may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in original, unworn condition with tags intact.

- Custom, altered, or special-order items are non-returnable.

Online Purchases:
- We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, for eligible in-stock jewelry.
- Client is responsible for insured return shipping.
- All returned items are subject to inspection and must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
-Custom designs, and sale items are final sale.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping & Insurance

Domestic and international shipping is available. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout.
- All shipments are fully insured while in transit.
- Once the package is signed for at delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Gemstone Care Instructions

Our gemstones are natural treasures and require thoughtful care.

- Avoid exposing gemstones to extreme temperatures, chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or prolonged sunlight.
- Remove jewelry when engaging in activities that might cause impact, abrasion, or exposure to moisture (e.g., swimming, cleaning, sports).
- Clean gently with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Specific care tips:
- Tanzanite, Sphene, Opal, Emerald, and Tourmaline: Avoid harsh cleaners or heat. These are more delicate.
- Sapphire, Spinel, and Garnet: Relatively durable but still require gentle handling.
- Zircon: Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and sudden temperature changes.

We are not responsible for gemstone damage due to improper care after the item leaves our store.

Repairs & Resizing

We offer repair and resizing services for our jewelry. Fees will vary depending on the work required. Please contact us to obtain a quote and shipping instructions. We do not service third-party jewelry.

Relationship With Shopify

Palm Beach Gems By Nicole is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Palm Beach Gems By Nicole. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Palm Beach Gems By Nicole, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with PB Gems By Nicole.

Customer Data Privacy

All customer data collected via our website or in-store is kept confidential and used solely for order processing, communication, and marketing our products or services. We never share your information with third parties other than service providers who provide services to us in connection with order processing, communications, and marketing.  We will not use your customer data for marketing the products or services of any other party without your consent.  If we sell or transfer our business to another party, we may transfer your customer data as part of the sale.

Palm Beach Gems by Nicole is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase, receipt, or use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount that you have paid us for our products.
